Horror Film Festival posters
In this project i came up with three promotional posters to advertise a fictional horror poster festival.
I decided to name the festival ‘Psyche Out’ after inspiration came from psychological horror movies of the 50’s and 60’s. The three themes are ‘Mind’ (a brain), ‘Tension/Trauma’ (a heart), and ‘Fear’ (Zombie hands). I kept the hand-drawn feel throughout to mirror the style of the period,and chose to use only two colour to indicate the primal and raw feel i wanted to represent.
